The reservation deposit is the first hour rental fee for each scooter.
Example: 3 scooters would be $75.00 + Tax. ($25 each)
You may get your deposit back in full if you cancel your reservation the day
before your rental time.
Example: Rsv on Sat at 11am. Cancel on Friday, and get refund.
In the case of bad weather, you have the chance to cancel with refund,
or reschedule for another time, or day.
Reservations are highly recommended on weekends, holidays, or for
parties of 4 or more people. No matter what, if you want to guarantee a scooter
is there for you, make reservations!
If you are going to be a little late, call and let us know before your reservation time has started. We are happy to hold that scooter for you if you are running a bit behind.
If you are 15min late, we will call to remind you. However, if there is a demand for the scooters you have reserved, and you are a half hour late without notice, you will lose your reservation to other renters.
