The reservation
deposit is the first hour rental fee for each scooter paid in advance.
Example:
3 Metros would be $75.00 + Tax. ($25 each)
Cancel a day BEFORE (or sooner) your reservation time to get full refund. Example:
Reservations for Sat at 11am. Cancel on the Friday before, and get refund.
In case ZootScoot must call "Bad weather, no rentals": Reservations will be refunded, or reschedule
for another time/day.
You may also leave your deposit on file as a credit. If your reservation is now a credit, it will remain on file until you use it.
Credits may not be refunded during the "off season" or winter months. (Oct thru May)
Otherwise, reservations are NON REFUNDABLE. Any issued refunds will be less $1.00 each unit for processing fees.
Reservations
are highly recommended on weekends, holidays, or for parties
of 4 or more people.
No matter what, if you want to guarantee a scooter is there
for you, make a reservation!
Include the time and day of your reservation, along with a phone number where we can reach you the day of your rental, and your name with any other notes you would like to convey with your reservation.
YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT ZOOTSCOOT SCOOTER RENTAL AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION.
If you
are going to be a late, call and let us know before your reservation
time has started. We are happy to hold that scooter for you if you are running
a bit behind. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE HERE ON TIME. If there is a demand
for the scooters you have reserved, and you are a half hour late without notice, you will lose your reservation to other renters, and you loose your reservation deposit.
