"This IS the best way to see Rocky Mountain National Park" Clarks and Cleatons 08

Riding in Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the most thrilling activities to do while in the Rockies.

The Metropolitans and Vino can reach altitudes of 9,200+ feet above sea level at the Bear Lake parking area, and the Big Ruckus can go all the way to 12,090ft on Trail Ridge Road. No matter which scooter you take, be sure to know that the possibilities of seeing Deer, Elk, Mountain Sheep, Bear, Moose, and other wildlife are great, so keep your camera ready and your eyes peeled.

There are a lot of dangers in the park: Sandy roads, wildlife in the roads, tourists stopping in the middle of the road to take pictures... All sorts of distractions, so please be very aware of your surroundings at all times, and remember to just SLOW DOWN! One thing to keep in mind in the park: Cells phones can't get reception in most of the park, so if you are involved in an accident, be ready to look for a Park Ranger to help you out.

There are no fences, there are no enclosures. You are in the territory of the wildlife, so be sure to respect their space and keep a safe distance between you and the wildlife. Elk are much larger than you and a scooter put together, and during some parts of the season, these creatures are very aggressive.

This is not photoshoped.  I get asked again and again...
